RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT NOTICE FOR POWER EXCHANGE:

By paying membership fees and/or attending, I (the member or guest) agree to the terms of this risk provision and assume all risks, waiving any claims against Power Exchange. I understand and acknowledge the risks involved and accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during BDSM/“Play” activities. I release Power Exchange, its officers, affiliates, and other members from any liability. I affirm that I have medical insurance or am financially able to cover medical expenses arising from any injury incurred during BDSM/“Play” at Power Exchange events.
RULES
- NO CELL PHONES, CAMERAS, OR RECORDING DEVICES.
- DO NOT TURN OFF LIGHTS.
- NO TOUCHING OTHERS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
- NO LOUD TALKING, LAUGHING, OR RUDE BEHAVIOR DURING SCENES.
- NO SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND.
- NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR SLEEPING ALLOWED.
- CONDOMS ARE REQUIRED FOR PENETRATION (NOT ORAL).
- CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.
MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT:
To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone, all members and guests must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Consent is mandatory. Any uninvited sexual advances—touching, caressing, kissing, or exposing yourself without explicit permission—will result in immediate removal and revocation of membership.
- Respect all guests. Treat everyone with consideration, especially single ladies and wives attending with partners.
- ASK PERMISSION before initiating any physical interaction. NO means NO—always. This is non-negotiable.
- Don’t monopolize. Share the space and the experience. Be mindful of others and avoid dominating attention.
- Read body language. Non-verbal cues are as important as spoken words. Respect boundaries.
- Report issues to staff. If you encounter any problems, inform the staff or management immediately.
- Be friendly and open. If you’re new, ask questions. No question is too unusual.
GUIDELINES FOR SINGLE MALES APPROACHING COUPLES:
- Include both partners in conversations; engage the male first when possible.
- Never ask the female half of a couple to meet alone.
- Avoid lurking—be approachable and respectful.
- Be genuine—don’t exaggerate or boast.
- Respect the dynamic—you’re complementing their experience, not taking over.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Admission grants entry, not guarantees of sexual encounters.
- Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Dispose of all used items (e.g., condoms, wipes) properly.
- Violation of these rules will result in removal without a refund.
